These terms cover your use of the TechToMaster website. The license for each manual is on the License terms page, and is part of these terms.
Who we are
TechToMaster is a service of UrWrench LLC, an Indiana limited liability company ("UrWrench", "we", "us"). Contact: support@urwrench.com.
Your account
- You create an account with your email address and a password you choose. Give us a real email address; we send your setup and reset links there.
- Keep your password to yourself. An account belongs to one person. Sharing a login breaks these terms and the license, and we may suspend an account that is being shared.
- For a Business License, each employee or contractor uses their own account, added by the company's administrator.
Purchases and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Sales tax is added where required. A purchased manual is licensed to you under the License terms. Your receipt or invoice from Stripe is your proof of purchase.
Subscriptions
The monthly subscription renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account under Orders and billing, and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a month except as the refund policy says. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries the card for a short time, and access stays on during that time.
What you may and may not do
- You may read the manuals you have access to, for your own learning and work, under the license.
- You may not copy, scrape, download in bulk, redistribute, resell or share the manuals, or try to get around printing limits, sign-in limits or the licensee stamp.
- You may not interfere with the site, test it for weaknesses without our written permission, or use it to break the law. If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@urwrench.com.
Safety
The manuals are for education. Electrical and machine work involves energized equipment and moving parts, and improper procedures can cause serious injury or death. Always follow your facility's safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements and the manufacturer's instructions. You are responsible for how you apply what you read.
Course Completion Document
Passing a Final Assessment lets you print a Course Completion Document, for your own records. It states what you know. It is not a certification and is not issued by any standards body or regulator.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The site and the manuals are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the item in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost production, lost profits or damaged equipment. Nothing here limits a right you have by law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on the site. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
