Which manual should I start with?
Start with the one that matches the equipment you work on most. If you are unsure, read the free PLC sample and look at the table of contents on each course page.
Is there a free sample?
Yes, for the PLC manual: four chapters, the same layout and quizzes as the full manual. Open the sample. No account is needed.
Do the manuals cover my brand?
The PLC manual covers 16 platforms from Allen-Bradley, Siemens and Schneider Electric, plus other brands in an appendix. The Robotics manual has platform chapters for FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa Motoman and Universal Robots. Each course page lists every chapter.
Logging in
I bought a manual. How do I log in?
After checkout we email you a link to choose a password. Use it, and from then on sign in with your email address and that password. If you already had an account, the manual is simply added to your library.
The email did not arrive.
Check your spam folder first, and check that you typed your email address correctly at checkout. You can always use Forgot your password with the same address to get a fresh link. Still stuck? Write to us and include the email you used.

Can I use it on my phone and my laptop?
Yes. Up to three devices can be signed in at once. Signing in on a fourth signs out the one you used least recently.
Reading, progress and printing
Is my progress saved?
Your quiz answers, Final Assessment state and your place in the manual are saved to your account, so they follow you from device to device. Pick up on your phone where you left off on your laptop.
How do I print?
If you own the manual, use the printer button in the manual's top bar. It prints the chapter, the Part or a range you choose. The browser's own Print command is blocked on purpose and shows a notice. Subscribers cannot print.
Can I download the manual?
The manuals are read online, behind your login, and we do not offer downloads. Every copy shows your name and license ID, and a subscription copy also carries your email as a faint watermark, so please do not share what you read.
What is the Course Completion Document?
If you pass the Final Assessment in the PLC manual you can print a Course Completion Document for your own records. It says what you know. It is not a certification.
Business licenses
How do I add my team?
After you buy a Business License, open Account, then Team. Enter email addresses, one per line. Each person gets an email to choose their own password. You can remove people at any time.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
Remove them from the team list and their access ends. The license stays with the company.
Can we get an invoice?
Stripe emails a receipt and an invoice for every purchase. For a Business License, checkout asks for your company name and can take your company's tax ID.
Billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account, then Orders and billing, and choose Manage subscription. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Any manual you bought separately stays yours.
Can I get a refund?
See the refund policy. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us.
Is my card safe?
Payments run through Stripe. Your card number never touches our site or our servers.
